Vision & Method
Water is a living system that connects people, land, climate, and every form of life
Water is out of balance. It runs through our cities and our rivers carrying the weight of what we've done to it
VISION
“When we restore the natural balance of water, we strengthen everything around it”
We envision a world where water is no longer treated as waste, but respected as a living resource. A world where water is regenerated, re-used and returned to the land in ways that help communities and ecosystems thrive together. Where water infrastructure supports healthier landscapes, uses fewer resources and contributes to greater local autonomy.

Requilibrium group & Partners
An open ecosystem united by a shared vision
Built around its foundation, Requilibrium Group is an open ecosystem of private companies, nonprofit organizations, specialists, technology providers, and local partners. We are united by a shared vision: restoring balance between people, water, land, and nature through practical, regenerative solutions.
We welcome those who share our vision and want to contribute meaningfully.
If your work can help restore balance, we would like to hear from you.
MISSION
To restore balance,
one project at a time.
Our mission is to design and integrate regenerative water solutions that restore balance between people, land, and nature.
We bring water, nature, technology, landscape, energy, and human needs together as one interconnected system. By working with natural processes and the resources already available, we create solutions that maximize water reuse, reduce energy consumption, simplify operation, and remain viable over time.
METHOD
Creative Regenerative Integration
Every project begins with the place.
Before proposing a solution, we seek to understand how water moves through the site, how people depend on it and what the local conditions make possible. The design grows from this understanding rather than from a standard technical response.
We prioritize the most natural, resilient and cost-effective system capable of meeting each project’s challenges. Achieving this simplicity requires precise engineering and a deep understanding of how every element works together.
We heal water.
And make every resource count.
1. Listen to the place
We build on the strengths each place already offers. Natural processes, local materials, existing ecosystems, infrastructure and proven technologies come together in a solution adapted to its context.
2. Design every element as part of the whole
Water, energy, landscape, technology and human needs form one interconnected system. Each element supports the others, making the whole more efficient, resilient and regenerative.
Within this system, we favor the least complex solution capable of meeting the project’s needs. Fewer technical dependencies make maintenance easier, improve reliability and help the system last longer.
3. Supervise and deliver
We support installation and construction, coordinating the technical elements, materials and partners involved. Our role is to help translate the design into an operational system while maintaining the project’s technical requirements and overall coherence.
4. Build lasting local autonomy
We consider operating costs, maintenance requirements, local skills and access to resources from the beginning. Our systems are designed for trained local teams to understand, operate and maintain with minimal external support.

BENEFITS
What regenerative water systems make possible
Requilibrium turns water treatment from a necessary cost into an opportunity to create lasting value.
Depending on the project, our systems can reduce operating costs, lower energy consumption and recover renewable heat or electricity. Nutrients and organic matter can become useful resources such as compost and fertilizer.
The result is more than treated water. It is infrastructure that supports the surrounding landscape, strengthens local capabilities and keeps valuable resources in re-use.
Lower Operating Costs
Requilibrium lowers operating costs by reducing energy consumption, simplifying maintenance, and limiting reliance on complex mechanical equipment. Fewer interventions and equipment replacements result in lasting savings throughout the system’s operational life.
Renewable Energy Production
Rather than seeing wastewater only as something to treat, Requilibrium transforms its organic content into renewable energy: heat and electricity. When the system produces more energy than it requires, the surplus supports other local needs and generates additional savings.
Compost & Resource Recovery
Nutrients and organic matter are recovered and transformed into valuable resources such as compost and fertilizer. This circular approach makes full use of available resources, supports local reuse, and turns a treatment challenge into a source of environmental and economic value.
Empowering Local Autonomy
Requilibrium systems are designed to be mainly operated and maintained by trained local teams, without requiring constant specialist intervention. Advanced technologies and high-level engineering are introduced only where essential, reducing external dependency and strengthening local skills.
